Anyone watching?

What would you say was the central plot line in S1?

I quite enjoyed the first series but just watched the first episode of the second series and my lord, so much shoved into one episode so many potential story lines, so many characters and a mash up of every Austin and Brontë works! Is it so bad it’s good? Im not quite sure yet 🙈

Wearas season 2 had about at least 3 main romantic leads!

I liked a lot about S1, apart from Sidney, who was nothing like an Austen hero.

I prefer S2 but I enjoy it for what it is.

Lady Twinkle what's like Wilkie Collins? I see no resemblance to his major works I haven't read them all of course.

I think cast interviews make it pretty obvious who will get married at the end of S3. But that doesn't mean someone new won't show an interest in somebody, even if it comes to naught.

Personally I don't want too many new characters or storylines. They've had to ram a lot into S2 already. I'd be more than happy if they dealt with Edward in particular as quickly as possible.

According to MNHQ it's being looked at but likely because it was started a while ago!!

No army, no Clara, no Esther in S3. New characters in one is defo returning for S3 - Lady Susan. So much to fit in S3. This had been made public so no spoilers !
