TerrestrialTV in the UK has not had much binge watching (this is ITV's first foray) so I think the normal expectation here at least is episode by episode discussion. We were pretty clear on that on Killing Eve threads.

I have just finished this so stayed away from this thread until I'd finished. I laughed at a comment upthread which said that it would have been a kindness to have been told whatnot happened. It was easy watching but pretty poor. Total hokum yet curiously engaging.
