Is anyone else watching?
Couldn't see another thread for it. I'm hoping it's going to be good.

Cassie should have gone ages ago, her room in the Chocolate hotel was beyond awful and her student room was vile. When she was getting upset this week that they weren’t asking her opinion when she was in the target demographic, I was thinking ‘yeah, but you’ve got no taste!’

@Babybel90, so true, I bet the owners of the Chocolate Hotel started redecorating as soon as they were out of the door. Are they keeping her in so the final has a clear winner (probably Ju)?

I agree that there was a clear winner. It is tricky with the odd number though, as soon as they split them up I thought the dynamic of a team of three is harder than a team of two (and more to coordinate across the extra bedroom). Nicky said her and Ju were constantly facetiming during prop which would harder with three.

I also had Kyle tipped to win! I would have liked to see him in the next round more than Cassie. I think she's been fairly mediocre throughout. I thought the judges were angling for Cassie to stay in the sofa conversation. The fact that she is in her 30s doesn't mean she knows exactly what they should do. They all should have thought more about the customers/guests. Cassie's main contribution of "fun things that women in their 30s like" seemed to be loads of the blue wallpaper, which the judges criticised (although interesting that it's still there)

I do still think Frank is unbearably snug but his designs are good. I also think he is genuinely trying to work more collaboratively note he knows the judges will criticise him if he doesn't! I think he's probably learnt a lot about the world of work!

Ju to win now I reckon... Bring on this evening!

Thomasina Myers - I thought her restaurants were associated with unfair treatment of their staff?

As usual, Cassie just tramples over everybody's ideas as she thinks her own are the best.

Cassie is pissing me off. I mean, I never was a fan anyway, but boy is she pulling a Frank!

Frank has lucked out with Nicki.

There's no way that Cassie will finish her mosaic on time!

Those black metal chairs will not be very comfortable to sit on. Especially if one has bare legs.

I actually like the vinyl on the wall, not sure whatit looks like up close and in person but from a distance I think it works.

I think that Ju and Cassie had the better restaurant. The other one looked very stark and uninviting to me- it looked more like a bar than a restaurant to me. I also hated the horrible chairs.

Skinny staff and customers only in the green and white cafe. Big buns only next door on the wire chairs. Not much choice really.

Doesn't looks like Frank's and Nicki's restaurant is still open, they haven't posted on their social media for months.

Frank looks absolutely terrified! He can barely defend himself.

They should have got cushions not a zebra crossing floor.

I loved the floor.

For the first time I found Frank endearing, especially when it came to his reaction to staying in the competition. He was so ready to be sent home that he's already packed his bags. I think it's the right decision- Nicki, whilst creative, did not listen to her colleague nor the client and instead just plowed on through with her design everywhere.

Muino must have really liked their new design as they seem to have kept it all. Also, their food looks very nice, if I am ever in Bristol again, I will have to pay them a visit. Although, being fat, I probably won't be allowed in as no food will be able to get to me.

I never thought I would see Frank actually weep in this programme!

Sad that Nikki has gone. She had some great and original ideas.

I really wanted Cassie to go home, it's a shame she was on the winning team

I'm looking forward to reading Nicki's blog post about this weeks show, £3,000 seems a ridiculously small budget to redecorate restaurant though!?

Also agree it seems that Bellita might have closed down judging by their social media channels.
Muino seem to have kept everything, which makes a change for this show!

I live locally, I can confirm that Muino, one year on, looks exactly the same. Bellita is never busy, I’m going to go and have a look tomorrow to see if it has closed.

Cassie and Ju’s restaurant was 100% Ju on the interior but the frontage looked crap, I’d walk on by, I’m not sure why the judge loved it so much when she even said you wouldn’t know what kind of food they were serving.

I liked Frank and Nikki’s much better, out of the two I’d go in there.

I cannot believe that Cassie has managed to stay in again, I’m assuming she’s got some dirt on the judge woman that’s keeping her in, the fact that she thought she could lead a project with Ju just shows that she’s living on another planet!

I actually wanted Frank to stay. I find he has gained some much needed humility. And also he has made a big effort to try to adopt Michelle's notes. I think that's why he stayed. I never thought he could look so shitless!

Cassie continues to annoy me. I was flabbergasted when she asked Ju if she could be "lead". Cheeky cow! (I have caved and bought her dungarees though.)

I think they made a big mistake getting rid of Nicki tonight. I would've had her in the semi final with Kyle and Ju - they are the only three that I've thought are actually creative.
