I want them doing their own food, copying a dish from Torode's wide repertoire of Pacific rim mispronounciations, doing a few bits with random ingredients, you know, master chef celeb classic stuff. They can do fancy stuff once they have sorted the sheeshkebab from the Garam masalas.

I certainly don't want them cooking food for innocent customers who are paying through the nose for the privilege on week one.
