They must have given them lessons before this episode - or clear instructions what to do. There was much less sausage maker carry on than I expected

I hate when they send them to a profesh kitchen this early in the competition.

On Aussie and US masterchef someone always has issues with exploding casing or machines that won't mince. So it felt very smooth for the celebs.

When chefs say "emulsion" they really just mean "sauce" don't they? It's like when I call gravy "chicken sauce" because my three-year-old thinks she hates gravy. Chicken sauce is great, though.

I can never eat octopus or squid again after I saw an amazing documentary a couple of weeks ago where an expert kept one in a tank in his house. It was fascinating.

They're pretty amazing creatures Halsall. But as someone who ate her pet lambs while growing up, the thought of eating octopus is just fine to me.

I don't believe Joey Essex is anywhere near as thick as he makes out. Which is very, very annoying.

I know Zandra always looks like that but she does look like she fell asleep and her grandkids found her make up bag.

If you found one of Zandra's hairs in your soup you'd certainly know about it.

They are incredibly intelligent Halsall. Lots of videos on YouTube showing them problem solving.

Truffle naan, I might need to visit this place.
I had truffle pizza on hols this summer and it was delicious.
