I think I'll be an extra, just sit in the rovers saying rhubarb and drinking beer. Unlikely I'll get murdered, kidnapped, blackmailed, raped etc, that all just happens to the main cast.

Someone mentioned Angie.......what happened to her and Wooden Jude? And Mary hasn't been around for a while.

I'm fed up and bored with all the low level criminal activity at the moment; though, as I recall, Gary killed someone a few weeks ago.

Izzy has been in it quite a lot This last couple of weeks. Unfortunately.

I have an ancient English degree and no journalism experience, so I'd walk into a job at the Weatherfield Gazette. No doubt this would pay me enough to afford a nice flat in Victoria Court, though I might have to pour my own large glasses of red instead of knocking them back in the Rovers.

I fancy a job in the rovers, as few or as many shifts as I fancy, more staff than customers, anyone who looks crooked at me will be barred. Once I have worked there for a week I will put down a big deposit on one of them posh flats. Then I will push Toyah and Sarah off a cliff and have a threesome with Imran and Adam. The poor sods.

Corrie is the ideal place to live in fact it is perfect. Ever

You earn enough money to drink in a lovely friendly pub twice a day without being pestered by drug dealers or drunks.You make a very good living working in the knicker factory with plenty of long breaks to go to the pub over the road Or you can work in the garage and never get your hands dirty come home in spotless overalls and also enjoy nice long breaks in the pub
Enough money to eat in the cafe and the bistro everyday as well no need to waste time cooking at home and you can discuss all your private domestic problems in there without getting overheard
A hairdresser and up market barber’s in the street as well and wait for it, two solicitors!
All in a little terraced back street in Manchester you can keep your fancy expensive locations
And free 24 hour babysitters as well

I thought that Sinead's chat with Beth and then Daniel about how she feels was spot on. That's exactly the way I felt (and still do, 2.5 years on) once I got the same news. The worry never leaves you.

I loved the Tracey chat too. The whole episode made me teary yesterday. My friend got a dreadful cancer prognosis yesterday and a lump my mum found was diagnosed as cancer too, so it was all a bit close to the bone.

Thank you @Honeyroar and @ajandjjmum, I'm waiting for an MRI and ultrasounds next week as I found 2 more lumps last week I'm sure it's fine but, as I said, the fear never goes away.
After I'd finished all my treatments before I expected to feel wonderful, on top of the world but what Sinead said last night could have come from me, it was exactly as I felt and feel. I've never been able to put it into words but it was like listening to my own thoughts last night.
Anyway, sorry to derail and I hope your mum and friend get the best treatment Honeyroar
