The family meeting at the platts. Such awful writing. That wasn’t the original Gail. It’s a very far cry from the original Gail.

Feck , it was like "Lord of the Flies" when they could only speak when they were holding the conch (giant sea-shell) and we all know what happened to Piggy and The Conch .......

As soon as I saw The Lady I knew she would end up smashed. And why on earth would they ring 999, they would have driven her to A and E.

There’s a medical centre at the end of their street. Probably 50 metres from their house. Gail used to work in it. She is first aid trained. But yeah, let’s call 999.

It was all so boringly predictable. Of course lady was going to end up smashed. Of course David and Nick would be caught breaching their bail conditions. Of course Gail would look like a blubbering half wit in court. FFS. Out of all the atrocities Corrie has done to evening entertainment their destruction of Gail is by far the worst for me.

I keep thinking about tinned mandarins since Evelyn mentioned them.

As for the rest of the episode well what a load of rubbish,

Part of your bail conditions is to stay away from your Granny, so naturally you agree to a meeting with your Granny and then nearly brain her.

If Gail said "the boys" one more time I was going to scream, and I should have put money on her shouting at the judge.

Sean is a right busy body, mind your own Sean and get a life.

Agree that last night's Platt meeting was an absolute farce. So ridiculous "the boys" are both in jail for breaching their bail conditions. The whole storyline is getting more absurd by the episode.

Corrie is so damn awful now, not amusing, very forced and nothing like real life, in fact not anything, they should go back to two nights a week instead of running out of good plots and get rid of all the characters that no one cares about, really rubbish

Perhaps they could adopt an element from reality TV and allow viewers to vote off the worst actor each week? After a year we might be back to a cast of manageable size and better quality.

That's a brilliant idea....so much to choose from, Sean, Geoff, the woman from the health centre, Michelle, Dev's kids, Simon, Chesney and Gemma....I could go on and on, but definitely not Imram, Steve, Mary , Tim and Tracy!

But every time there's a spoiler for a 'disaster' or a 'day that changes everyones life' we make a list on here.

I heard Sarah on omnibus asking Gail to have Harry for the day.The next scene Sarah and Gail were both in Roy's cafe, no sign of poor little Harry.
Shona has the perfect job in there. She seems either just standing behind the counter listening o the conversation or sitting down at a table chatting to the customers.
No one seems to do much in the shape of work.
