Well no wonder none of us guessed who the murderer was, given that a whole new group of suspects that were nowhere to be seen last week suddenly appeared tonight!

Angus Deayton in particular was a bit random.

I laughed today when they said on the radio that Ardal will be appearing in series 3 of Derry Girls, as Fr Dougal. Apparently even tv producers agree with us that Fr Dougal is the only role that he has ever played well.

What about thermoman in My Hero? Used to love that series.

Annoying story line; they were due to get married but where was her family when she was rushed to hospital? How did she recover from THAT so quickly? Why didn't she (or anyone else in the reveal scene) give the murder a whack with the handcuff or something ragey? So Florence had family to go and stay with in Martinique but they hadn't bothered to visit for the wedding....? ..... Over invested; me?!

When it started it was very silly, but fun and with good characters and cast. That has been nibbled away, and it now unwatchable crap. Ardal O'Hanlon is awful, Dwayne leaving has been the final straw, especially as Ruby is so irritating.

It's dreadful now and dull

I never really forgave them for killing off Richard. He could have just gone back to the UK.

Agree Dorothy. He was good in that role despite losing it due to being an unpleasant misogynist who doesn't deserve a partner. His smug bastard patter and good timing worked well

I don’t mind Ardal in it, I think he fits better than Kris Marshall. The new girl is becoming slightly less manic and more tolerable.

They played a blinder killing Richard, it was a real shocker of an exit.

But yeah, plots are even more ridiculous than ever and soon there won’t be anyone left to care about. I just watch it for glimpses of Harry and even he seems to be absent most of the time!

It made me laugh when they all said they’d go and visit her. I mean, the four of them turning up on a tropical island they’ve ostensibly never visited before, to meet up with an old colleague. What could possibly go wrong?

It is mainly "recognise the guest actors, guess the murderer, look at the pretty scenery" now, but I quite like an easy watch.

I'm thrilled S&H is coming back, I was sure that would just be a single series! I loved Sebastian.

I liked Kris Marshal, he had good chemistry with the CGI lizard.
