I’m from the NW too, from the 80s Grin just seemed the word cow was used loads in that episode whereas I’ve never noticed it before.

Roy's playing Carmen in the cafe and is very tired, he put the grill on, Alex nearly burnt himself wiping it, Roy can't sleep still.

Alex can't act... Simon can't act.. Seb can't act.. Leanne has a face like a slapped arse.. Simon's refusing to go boating with Peter.
Clayton's in hospital.
Joseph can act pretty ok actually.

I’m quite surprised at the number of actors in Corrie that are thought of as shite, generally in soaps then they’re usually all pretty good, if there’s any shitty ones it’s normally the young kids!

I actually think we definitley need a new Amy because she is shit, it’s like she has the script in front of her and that she’s reading from it there and then, rather than actual acting! Apart from her, then most of them can act and I really like Seb and feel that he could go further than Corrie in the future, I guess we all have different perceptions, well there’s no ‘guessing’ about it, it’s clear that we do!Hmm
