Surprised there's no thread on this. Did anyone watch it last night or has the series reached its natural end and is no longer attracting viewers?

Yes disappointed no proposal from Cyril although I guess it's still early days. Also I'm a bit gutted that Sergeant Wolf has switched so quickly to the receptionist. I was really hoping Nurse Crane would give him a chance.

I'm glad they kept may although thought they could have looked a bit more upset when she left!!!

I thought the young girl was going to die before the end 😥 very sweet dancing with the dads, even went aww at dr Turner with the girls.

Trixie was dancing with a black man, was that a hint at a mixed race relationship next series?

She got the Burns from radiotherapy for cancer, but the treatment hadn't worked, which is why she was so ill.

@MrsSkeffington she had Hodgkins Lymphoma. There wasn’t the treatment there is now so they would have just given very strong radiotherapy. And actually as she would have been slightly radioactive, warned her to stay away from babies but there you go...

Did they say why May came back?
At the time (and to some extent now) deciding your new adopted child wasn't what you'd hoped for and returning them was thought to be the right thing to do. Too quiet, not grateful or cheerful enough...
