A quiet corner of MN for serious addicts of Kdrama, or the Kdrama-curious. Most of our viewing is drawn from Netflix and Viki, but the more seriously addicted have other sources, including dramabus. The actress who was FL in Don’t Dare to Dream seems to have good handle on her sense of the ridiculous and is unafraid to look stupid or silly. She is also pretty funny. On that basis alone, I’d be willing to invite her along.

I’d just like comment on how fantastic Jung Hae In looks in formal police uniform in WYWS. It suits him.

What? Like “hubba hubba”? 😂 Seriously though, he was great in Something in the Rain and the FL was brilliant too. That was my first kdrama, the beginning of this rabbit hole.

This is not a surprise if you remember the press-up stand off with ML in Prison Playbook. He clearly has a rigorous fitness regime - those hands-free press-ups were insanely difficult.

Think I'll give it a whirl after WYWS... which is rapidly becoming one of my faves!! It's sooooo good!

Sort of losing patience with the K2... The over the top dramatic music is vair annoying!.. And eye rolly!... Only Grrr JCW keeping me watching!! If I don't like the characters.. You're not getting a look in!! I think GRR JCW is the only likable character!... Whereas in WYWS... I love them ALL!!... except bad man lawyer!

Bea - GrrJCW is the only good thing in The K2 Before he went off to do his military service he recommended his 3 favourite dramas for fans to watch, which didn’t include K2.

It was Suspicious Partner, Healer & Empress Ki which I haven’t watched yet but there are some steamy clips on YouTube (steamy in kdrama terms that is)

LJS reminds me of a boyish former colleague who is similarly leggy and similar in age. Former colleague is firmly in my ‘not fanciable’ camp, so LJS is benched along with him.
