Jean would not help /let Alfie take the baby, that really would be out of character, she’s spent the last 3 months convincing Hayley she can be a mum. Jean definitely did see something when she put the rubbish out but I don’t believe she’d let him take the baby

How the bugger did Alfie hold his breath for so long? Why was the policeman so bloody rude and agressive. Student the paramedics come first if you report a death and go straight to the body? Not stand there while some rude bastard asks questions in the doorway. I've had to ring 999 to report a death before and the paramedics came and were very nice. Jean didn't know he'd been pushed downstairs, so she just be ringing to report a death. All very odd.

Jean definitely in on it, all the wittering and rushing around making crumpets was to cause a diversion, then conveniently needing to take 2 bags of rubbish out the back door... Totally farcical tonight, felt like the scriptwriters were in it for shits and giggles. Still time for a real death before the year’s out.
