I thought it was 'Simons' wife? I think tommy is a bit wary of her because he doesn't want to get attached to her for her to let him down again??

Oh, Bobby Old Head just looks completely different in the blackmail videe Max showed Jane. Could easily have been a completely different actor although google says it was the same boy. He has grown up and thinned down!

Soup Cora withdrew her fight to have Abi & the social worker just went to Max’s and said he could keep her ( last week or week before I think)
Surely in their situation they would still need a judge or someone to decide Max was suitable before just handing over a baby? Even without someone else wanting Abi he’s hardly in line for dad of the year

I don't remember them actually handing over the baby - I assumed there would be an actual handover rather than "yeah, keep her."

The whole baby Abi storyline is totally stupid as none of them are suitable to have the baby. Cora is an alcoholic and Max is the reason Abi is dead. Surely Lauren would be more capable

Soup it was pretty much yeah keep her! I think Max had her for a visit & he thought the social worker had come to take her but the guy just said he could keep her because Cora had withdrawn. It was a big story that ended in a damp squib

Terrible episode ; Alfie is a coward for not telling Kat about the baby and Mel's ' girls together ' act is very cringey. Rays wife seems nice too.

True, she is channelling Nancy from Oliver: badly! Why does she talk out the side of her mouth? I hope Bernie runs her out of town ; or Keegan, he can be very scary at times.

Just watched this weeks. What a appalling episode Monday. The party scenes were just like a GCSE drama piece. Who were half those people and who was working on the market as all the traders were there. Come on EE step it up a bit. And yes Evie is just a terrible caricature of a female London drug dealer....awful!!

When Evie was in the chicken shop (or somewhere like that ) they were playing an Amy wine house song in the background. I found that amusing as she does look a bit like her.
I am amazed that new baby and Hayley have their own room! How?

Could be a double revenge as Mel's seen Ray with someone else. She tells Maddie etc.

Whichever way it goes I'm finding that I'm zoning out ; the Kat / Alfie / Hayley triangle is boring. I would have thought Kat would have twigged a while back. The drug gang are all too stereotyped ( although I still like Tiff , Shame this is happening to her character)
and I know the Stuart/ mick thing will drag on and on.
Let's hope things pick up nearer Christmas.
