Didn't she put up posters with his picture on? They could probably prove that it's the same dog, but I think the easiest thing is just to steal him back. Adam really needs a proper story line. And why does everyone call him Adam Barlow? Why not just Adam?

It’s pissing me off at the moment. They are clearly going to do another Lewis con story but I hope she gives the money to Nick instead. He’s an odious shit but at least she’d have an investment. The constant rehashing of stories is tedious.

What was the point of Kevin mentioning Jack Duckworth in the bar & Jenny seemingly not knowing what he was talking about? We have been watching Classic Corrie (as it's better than modern day) so all know that she knew Jack. It could have been a chance for the two of them to have a chat about the 'old days'.
Nick was a bit entitled demanding Audrey's car & his facial expressions are certainly unusual especially when he was 'thinking ' about the £80k!

This Kate storyline is terribly lesbophobic, made me cringe- her poor acting doesn't help either!

I thought the same thing re Cerberus- the chances of having an identical piebald dog would be slim to none.

I love Jenny but hate this storyline!

It was like a silly episode of a very poor sitcom. Unbelievable. The actor must have groaned when he looked at that script .

The sally/Tim storyline is the only thing I’m invested in because I did really like them as a couple. Gina is a tramp.

Yes, Jenny has always been very poor playing drunken scenes, she was always embarrassing just doing the odd tipsy scene with friends in the Rovers, but tonight was beyond all that, just dreadful. And if I see Rana sobbing again I will scream.....

The writers are the same! Same writers, same actors, so can only assume they get told a vague plot direction by the bosses and have to write to that?

The newish guy who replaced Kate Oates apparently wanted to bring the fun back after she made it so grim but I wasn’t sure about the gross out humour of Brian vomming tonight. Body fluids don’t feel very Corrie.

Agree cozzo about the vomiting. Tbh that whole bit felt like watching one of those CBBC kids programmes my DC watch where there is the stereotypical meanie teacher with an evil grin and the kids get the better of them. It was like watching horrid Henry.

Yes, Maureen Lipman is unsurprisingly fantastic - a great get. The scenes in the Woody the other night were class.

Word of warning - do not watch Classic Corrie & modern day Corrie back to back as

• you realise how dreadful the storylines are and
• you start thinking Jenny should not need to be tracking Liz as she has gone to Belfast!

In a school the size of Bessie Street can they only find cast members who are children living in Coronation Street.

Why should Liz care less about Jim after the scam he tried to pull ?
