Will be interesting to see whether he's on it takes two tomorrow..

I'm glad Graeme got saved, he seems to be really thoroughly enjoying the experience & his friendship with Oti, so I'm pleased to see him go through to Blackpool.

bookbook · 11/11/2018 20:36

just popping on - well behind everyone. Wasn't keen on either of those in truth, neither were great
Elder - I love the song too, but as an oldie, it's the Peter , Paul and Mary version in my head!

GrouchyKiwi · 11/11/2018 20:36

Flowers Elderflower. It's a lovely song.

frwuih · 11/11/2018 20:36

I can sympathise with him not wanting to socialise with everyone - I don't like socialising with my colleagues either, after a long day I just want to go home.

SoupDragon · 11/11/2018 20:36

Again, the dancer at the bottom of the leaderboard has left

Yes, but the scoring has been totally off this week.

SuperSuperSuper · 11/11/2018 20:37

Amy is such a lovely woman.

Orchiddingme · 11/11/2018 20:37

Elderflower14 hugs to you.

derxa · 11/11/2018 20:37

I always read the spoiler site result and knew what was coming and I was still shocked by that.

GrouchyKiwi · 11/11/2018 20:38

The scoring has been all over the place all season. It's irritating.

Myimaginarycathasfleas · 11/11/2018 20:38

I didn’t like DJJ’s dance, I thought it looked awkward and stiff. I’ve got a replacement knee so he has my sympathy if he’s been trying to dance on one, but I don’t think so.

I do think that he hadn’t got two dances in him and the second one called for energy he didn’t have in reserve. But no-one will ever say that because of course we all have to pretend it takes place on two nights instead of one. I may have mentioned previously how much that grinds my gears..

troodiedoo · 11/11/2018 20:38

Djj was better in the dance off. I thought Shirley would save him.

The speech was a bit cringe.

ColdNeverBotheredMeAnyway · 11/11/2018 20:38

Does that look like a bully and his victim to anyone...?

Yes it did to me. He doth protest too much. He's well aware of the stories, and wanted to prove just how much he appreciated Amy and how amazing she was and he hopes her career goes on from here... very pointed given the comments he allegedly made about being the more famous one of the two.

He was in a shit comedy more than two decades ago. I hated him in it then. She is part of the BBCs biggest show, and will likely be in it for years to come. Her career will be strong. His is over.

Briefnamechange1 · 11/11/2018 20:38

Total farce!

Anyone else think James Jordan is a complete wanker? What he said last night about Danny's mum was so rude and distasteful.

MyMumDimensionJumps · 11/11/2018 20:39

Didn't really think that was justified. Think Graeme was just leaping about a lot and not really dancing. I think the press had too much influence.

Shame as I do like Graeme too, and I think he's next. It's turning in to a bit of a dull competition now. I'm rooting for Stacey next.

Igottastartthinkingbee · 11/11/2018 20:39

He wasn’t the worst dancer there but I’m not sorry to see him go. The judges definitely didn’t want to keep him in did they!

SchadenfreudePersonified · 11/11/2018 20:40

The scoring has been horrendous Grouchy

Ridiculous over-marking for some, and brutal under marking for others, and Shirley kicking or kissing depends on whether it's one of her favourites.

SoupDragon · 11/11/2018 20:40

Yes it did to me. He doth protest too much.

Yeah, and Amy was probably crying with joy and relief.

ManonBlackbeak · 11/11/2018 20:41

Stacey will win. Id bet my house on it.

PawneeParksDept · 11/11/2018 20:41

@Briefnamechange1

I think the fact that he was told his services weren't needed but they continued to employ his wife for two more years, speaks volumes about his personality

Bowchicawowow · 11/11/2018 20:42

Wow Cold why would you pleased that a man’s career is over?

SchadenfreudePersonified · 11/11/2018 20:42

I think it was kinder to get rid of him TBH - I don't think he was enjoying it much, and he was overly competitive (stupid as that must sound)

PawneeParksDept · 11/11/2018 20:42

@SoupDragon

Yes I think that's what he intended to say and a Freudian Slip took place.

I agree with the Bully/Victim comments

TwitterQueen1 · 11/11/2018 20:43

This is a dancing show but it's also an entertainment show. Who would you rather watch? Danny or Graeme? Graeme for me every time, even though Danny is the better dancer he was clinical and sharp. Danny was doing it to prove to the world that he was better than anyone else, Graeme is doing to prove to himself that he's good.

OzzyMadBat · 11/11/2018 20:43

Nope DJJ's wife was right - Danny and Amy chucked under the bus. And I have no skin in the game (I loved Ranj) but I hate an injustice and I think it was a wrong call and poor scoring.

Bowchicawowow · 11/11/2018 20:43

I preferred watchy DDJ.
