I know it's just come out today, but I was working from home and binged 5 episodes in the process. Anyone else watching?

Just about to start! Very excited for this one

It's a Netflix series. So far I'm enjoying it, and the end of the 5th episode has a little twist that I liked.

Was there a movie of the same title?

Omg episode 4 scared me!!! I haven't been proper scared like that for a long time!
I struggled to get through the first 2 episodes with all the switching back and forth, but glad I stuck with it.
I didn't realise it was new tonight!

I'm loving it. Just finished episode 5.

Nearing the end of the second episode, so hard to follow!

O great. Thanks so much. One of the greats. Shirley Jackson wrote the book if anyone's interested. Hurrah.

It gets much easier to follow as it goes on. But the plot isn't the same as the Shirley Jackson novel.

I am old and watched the original film with my mother . We were so scared afterwards we had to go together to lock the back door

I'm watching episode one now. Am having trouble following who's who and how they're related. I am a huge fan of the 1960s film.

I’ve just finished, really enjoyed it after around episode 4

I've watched a couple of episodes and will probably watch another couple tonight once the kids are in bed. Enjoying it so far and glad to hear it keeps it up.

I also binge watched three episodes last night.

I'm hoping that Dh retires early so that I can crack on.

Only watched episode one so far because DS kept crying through it ( rude ) I'm glad it gets better! Even though I really enjoyed it, it was a bit confusing...

Best spooky thing I have seen in ages. I kept getting two of the daughters confused as they look quite similar. Wish I hadnt watched it so quickly so may watch it again.
