It’s already annoying me. Maggie is no more pregnant.... so it’s been a couple of weeks max then? Unless she’s had the baby?

I haven't watched talking dead in a while, but love watching to find out which actors are english - so many of them! Depressingly someone told me it is apparently because they don't have to be paid as much as american actors rather than just acting ability. I was just reading an article about tom payne and have to agree his storylines haven't been as good as they could have been which is a shame.

They really wasted Jesus as a character. When he first appeared he looked as though his quirky athleticism and general non aggressive take on things would be interesting counters to Rick and Negan.

It's a real shame about Jesus, I felt he was coming into his own since the time jump. Agreed it was a great fight scene.
I just don't know how I feel about this time jump and the fact that so much has happened that we know nothing about. Part of the draw to this show was that you get to follow their story and we've just missed so much. Would it have really taken 6 years for them to come into contact with the whisperers?
I hope that Negan has turned a corner and can be come help to the group rather than join the other side.

Didn't realise it was the last one till next year! Shame about Jesus, although the writers never fully fleshed his character out. Much better season so far, all my friends and family who were avid watchers have given up. Also as pp have said, why has Hilltop fell out with Michonne? Where is Maggie? Would have been good to see Judith in this episode. Carol, as always, is my favourite character in the whole show.

Agreed with previous posts - super tense episode and Jesus' death was a shock!

What was his deal anyway - where and how did he become such a ninja master?

Is Jesus definitely dead? Seems a good cliffhanger for a mid season finale, and I don’t remember seeing them stab him in the head...?

I think Jesus is fairly dead. Brain is intact though, so he’s on track to coming back at the moment. No more Matrix in the Mist moments though. 🙁

I was actually scared during that episode Shock Went into the kitchen on the pretext of looking for something...

The scene with Henry and the teens was v similar to one in Fear the walking dead- I don't find him annoying, I'm just tense not wanting anything to happen to him (I have a teen of my own...)

What scared me was the anticipation of the whisperers and not knowing what the herd would do. Although Jesus' fighting was a bit ninja like I was slightly Hmm at the slo mo which I found a bit odd. But big shock when the zombie stabbed him! Didn't realise it was the mid season finale but I hope that means the latest season of FTWD will soon be free on Prime!

Not happy about Jesus he could have been integral to.getting people back together again.😭 just a damm shock "is he? Isnt he?" until we watched TD. Epic fight scene though.

Cant wait till.next half. What the hell will Negan do? It wont be good thats for sure.

Maggie is off with the woman who brought them that book. It was in a previous episode.

Dying to.find out what happened with Michonne that everyone dislikes her now. Get a grip woman you are all gonna need each other v the whisperers.

Absolutely loving this series Angela is really doing a stellar job. (Wish they had used her earlier and got rid of Gimple about ages ago😁)

Jesus was having fun. He hated running the hilltop and wanted to be out where the action is. That’s why they were sneaking out to practice together. It’s also why he insisted on being in the rescue party. And he got his chance to fight them. He knew something wasn’t right about the herd, but the desire to be part of the action and use his skills was too much, and he went ploughing in.

I have to say it was the best episode for a while and genuinely creepy. I’m going to put that moment when the “walker” (whisperer) ducked and stabbed as one of the top-ten TWD moments of OMG WTF.....and there have been a lot ..... just that one was such a crescendo and really got me!

glowfrog there was a "guard" in the outer cell when Gabriel was there. He locked the cell door but Negan was leaning against it so maybe it didn't lock properly. Or it could have been deliberate?

Did TD confirm he was dead then? Shame, they didn't make the most of him at all. Brilliant moment when that zombie ducked!! Fucking hell!

It was painfully emotional when Mich and Carol couldn't really talk. Really highlighted how far they are from each other emotionally.

Yes i agree wtaf has gine diwn between them? Michonne seems to have reverted to looking after no 1 (including only alexandria) again.

The zombie ducking was the first time in about 3 seasons we've sat open mouthed at it. I don't see why Jesus didn't just run with the rest of them though but I can accept it for that scene. I read that Tom Payne felt the character was wasted so was happy to leave. He is ninja like in the comics but just spent 2 seasons knocking about with miserable Maggie and pointless Tara.

Michonne is annoying me, there better be a worth it pay off for the character personality transplant! I wanted Carol to say 'come on Michonne this isn't what Rick or Carl wanted sort it out'.

I'm enjoying this season though but why they always need an irritating teenage boy in American programmes I don't know! I hope he gets bitten. And Gabriel and Rosita!? Not getting that. And why are they all dressing like peasants? Eugene's clothes annoy me and Carol's hair (hoping we get a pay off for that too when she comes out fighting as badass Carol with short hair in a few episodes).

So good to see Daryl used though and it was inspired to give him Dog.

Why do they want them so much? Anything to do with helicopter people

Jesus. Nooooooo. Def dead? He can survive a stab wound

Still want to know why all the groups fell out
