Agree so much about the haircut, I was shouting at the TV, please for the love of God wash it and give him a proper haircut, I think the writers know about the Darryl love and they're just teasing us.

And you to the crosses, Carol and Darryl both have them, I think we'll find out what happened when they do another backward time jump episode.

I was on the edge of my seat when the zombies were crawling towards the dog. TWD really seems to have got the edge back again, I'm loving the tension.

Did anyone watch Talking Dead? Did you see Abraham? I didn't even recognise him at first, he looks like a completely different person.

Yes dogs!!!! Makes it all much more believable when they are reassimilating the dogs. Human societies do not exist without dogs. Medium scale hunting to feed a community is impossible without dogs.

I was just thinking about how, ten years in, things like chemotherapy drugs would have expired and the doctors who knew how to use them would be gone. Sherri's insulin supplies must have run out or lost their efficacy by now. Ditto transplants--impossible, I would have thought? Enid's antiobiotics and anaesthetics would be past their expiry dates.

And who taught her medicine? Saddiq? She didn't seem to be older than about 15 when we last saw her so he must have crammed her with knowledge and he was an emergency junior doctor, not a specialist in any other area, though I suppose he would have general knowledge of medicine. And all she has is what he knows: no internet help. Perhaps a few text books in universities if they can rescue them?

I suppose they are small, scattered communities so there are fewer epidemics around caused by over-crowding, and at least they have modern understanding of the importance of clean water supplies: possibly the greatest contribution to human longevity and of keeping wounds clean.

It generally goes straight into the bloodstream so it would have to be ultra sterile and balanced with the right stuff. The bags we see in hospital usually only have about 18 months shelf life.

I suppose there's only a window of time now remaining in which those who designed, produced and used all the scientific and medical technology we take for granted can educate the young before they themselves die out. And if the labs and factories aren't up and running within that window, the knowledge will be gone within a generation.

That's a sobering thought.

I’m loving this season since the time jump. I gave up last season.
Was on the edge of my seat during that- now it’ll be next year before we get more.

The fight scene with Jesus was sensational. Was a hand over mouth moment. Huge episode. First episode in forever that lit the spark again for me. Roll on next year!

Oh my goodness that was so tense! The first nerve wracking episode in a long long while.
