Hi everyone, the last thread was nearly full. Is Imran so short of work he can take on a case at 2 mins notice?

The whole Leanne, Carla, Michelle, Steve, Peter, Nick, Robert thing reminds me the play La Ronde, where everyone sleeps with everyone else at least once! No one ever gets a STD, it’s getting ridiculous. The actor who plays Nick obviously got fed up of spending more time with his family, or couldn’t get any other work. He looks too old and not as attractive as the previous Nick actors.

I'm bored to tears with Rana and Kate. I don't care. Let them move to another country.

I read an interview with the actress playing Kate, and she said the Rana - Kate scene with the two rings would have everyone in tears. Erm.......no.

God its so bloody dull at the moment. A month or so ago they were throwing a million different story lines at us every night, now its stuff like Kate and Rana being dull.

That bloody Nick/Leanne/Peter/Carla dead horse has been reanimated again, and smells like it. Rana has a ridiculously big head/hair (shallow) and it's all suddenly gone quiet on Tracey/Abbie. I hope it livens up soon.

Yes. If ever there were 4 people who needed to leave each other alone it’s these 4! We almost had it. Carla was in LA(?) nick was gone, peter was off in bristol(?) with Simon. It was just Leanne and Steve we had to suffer through. But now they’ve thrown them all back together again. AGAIN! Why? It’s tiresome.

So fed-up and bored with Kate and Rana; it's as if the producers felt they had to introduce a gay female couple to be modern and up to date, but each character doesn't have anything else to contribute apart from the fact that they are gay. At least with Sean we have got to know him over the years, and he has a personality.
Where are Billy the Vicar and Summer?

The thing with Kate and Rana is I don’t see any chemistry between them and Kate is really unlikeable.

I quite liked Rana when her and Zee were together, it would have been good to see them grow as a couple with him starting a new business and eventually them starting a family etc.

I also think that Rana is a reasonable character. It's Kate that's the problem and their total lack of chemistry. Even Kate was less awful though when she wasn't with Rana.

I agree with pp about Kate and Rana. So tedious, and Kate isn't likeable. I don't miss Vicar Billy and the ridiculously misnamed "Summer".

LOL at the Kate actress thinking the ring scene would have people in tears. Tears of laughter maybe.

The only permutation left in the Nick/Leanne/Peter/Carla (we need an acronym for them) merry go round is for Leanne & Carla to have a fling followed by Nick & Peter. It is truly ridiculous.

Claudia did mention something about thinking Maria was taking too long and alluded to not managing the builders well or the like. I'm surprised Gary and Co aren't doing the shop fitting.

So many characters could just never be shown again and no one would even notice (Sean, Billy, Summer, Kate, Aliyah, Fiz, Maria, Faye, Sophie... the list could go on ). I know the producers want a big cast to cover six or is it seven (?) episodes a week but so many people are not used and underused (Adam).

The storyline with Sally organising education in prison is total pants. Agree about the "lipstick lesbians". Kate and Rana have zero chemistry and Kate is useless. I am a bit surprised at the turn the Peter/Leanne/Nick/Carla snorefest is taking. I thought Tyler's mum and Peter would be getting in on, leading to Simon getting out of control (quite reasonably). Carla and Petr's returns have been very disappointing and why bring NIck back? just no!

Where was Summer when the rapist was lodging with Sean and Billy? At the time I never even noticed her absence.
