Lyra, you mentioned Atkins. Have you done it before?

Yes, last year. I lost a stone in a month but gradually put it all back on (a holiday to Italy followed by Christmas didn't help). I'll try harder to keep it off this time by going to the gym. that's assuming I manage to stick to it a second time.

You should join us over here - not Atkins as such, but we're all doing variants of Low Carb (when we're not falling off the wagon )(which happens with alarming regularity )

I've lost almost 2 stone since last year, and have another one and a half to go.
