I think the people who breeze to the top end up with a false sense of security and entitlement too, so never reach their potential, or as you say, end up falling with a big bump.

I think Kristina deserves to win it. She has worked for 18 years, struggling to bring up her son and taking any old job initially to pay the bills. Compare her experience with, say, Naomi (who I know is no longer in it) - university and then a few years doing advertising sales, or something. Katie wasn't popular with Margaret or the other aide (name escapes me). I like Lohit a lot and he may have potential, but his experience appears to be more IT support. I can't decide whether Tre would be an asset or a liability - can't help but like him, though.

OMG, bit behind cus only just watched my recording of this... I liked Katie up until a couple of weeks ago - now I KNOW she's not the sort of person I'd get on with. The "you don't need a work/life balance if your work is your life then you're happy" (only paraphrased slightly) comment REALLY stuck out for me - I don't care if you're male or female, that is not a thought I can relate to if you have kids. I'm not fussed whether you're a SAHM (or D) or a WOHM (or D) but (IMNVHO) you shouldn't want to feel that work is your whole life if you're a parent.... maybe its just me...

Tonight's the night when they ditch THREE of the remaining five. I love this bit, because they come up against shrewd and successful interviewers.

Can't wait "you're fired" is the latest I stay up all week! I do hope that Katie gets what's coming to her. The interview stage was excellent value last year, so it should be a goodie...

I will not say who was on, as there were only 2 who called the show and that makes me think they are the one who go through to the final.

The excitement's building in the northend household. Well with me anyway, dh can't stand the programme! I'll be gutted if Katie gets through to the final. What will I do on Wednesdays after next week? No more Apprentice and no Desperate Housewives either

I'm rooting for Lohit. I warm to him. I think he has hidden steely cut-throat business type traits that have yet to be revealed.
