I don't understand about the phone either. How and when did Duncan plant it there? What's the proof Sally used it? I like the way that both Tim and Gina have recently been let off with "cautions"! The Weatherfield police are just too overstretched.

I missed loads of Corrie years ago, due to not being in the UK, so did Gail or Audrey have an affair with Lewis and who did he con the money from?
I hope Johnny and Jenny are kidding about the new look Rovers, that will be a step to far for me. It’s a normal pub, not a bloody wine bar.

I’m sure Johnny and Jenny are just bigging up the changes so that the residents realise how much they love the Rovers and nothing will have changed

Lewis and Audrey were in love but because he was a male escort (she met him when he was Claudia's plus one at a business dinner) her family didn't trust him.

Gail persuaded Audrey that she needed to test Lewis. I can't remember the details, but she ended up chucking him. Lewis was a bit dodgy but really cared for Audrey and hated Gail for splitting them up.

He pretended to fall for Gail, wooed her and conned a load of money out of her. I think he proposed to her. I'm pretty sure that he left a video for her. She thought it was going to be something romantic, but instead he told her exactly what he thought of her and why.

Rana's behaviour is strange though. Her parents treated her dreadfully, and she needs to move on after making peace with a father who didn't really deserve her love, and a mother who still seems to hate her.

Anyone else suspect that Rana sees the only way she can redeem herself from the lie she told her father on his deathbed is to make that lie the truth (i.e. give up the gayness)? Regardless, I agree with PPs that Kate is behaving like a spoilt toddler.

I see that Summer is back, sucking all the life and joy out of any situation. When Billy referred to a happy home filled with joy and laughter, he obviously wasn't referring to his daughter.

I'm just watching Jonathon Creek on Netflix (series 2 episode 1). The actor who plays Dev is in it. He's got a very ridiculous mullet. Same stupid smooth voice.
