RE editing and producer intervention, there's a US drama on Amazon Prime called UnReal. It's really good and is based on US Bachelor and Bachelorette (similar shows) and shows how manufactured it is. I almost enjoy these reality love shows more as a result of watching it.

I have never thought Ellie1 looked natural, spotted the fake lips straight off. Can't believe that's 4 weeks in and it's been relatively boring compared to past series.

I think half the people on love island have probably tried or done drugs at some point, just haven't had some bastard photographing them like Meg. She needs to deny its her, I mean what a freak for taking a photo of her doing it and selling it to the press, so wrong and I bet it was a man.

Ellie 2 is so going home, she is not a patch on Danni but I cant help feel sorry for her too. It seems so anti-girl power this season. Where are the feminists!

@Fintress what a bitch! I bet she had just had her turn as well! Coke is such a disgusting drug but so many people in their 20s do it, and in the modelling world. The producers must already know certain things like this will come out and actually build more scandal and excitement so sure she will not be booted out or anything

I loved UnReal so much, that I binge watched it until 1am on a work night. Totally compulsive viewing. I loved the protagonist on Roswell High when I was younger too.

£5000 is vastly exaggerated for cosmetic work. Ellie1 reminds me of Marnie Simpson, she has work done but generally doesn't wear makeup so is 'natural' in that sense.
I get my lips done every now and then, could have filler everywhere and Botox but would still have change from a grand. Unless that figure takes into account her weave, facials, personal trainer and god knows what else.

I don’t understand why so many in here keep saying Samira is intelligent and must be bored of the convos etc. Am I missing something? She doesn’t stand out from anyone else as being super intelligent or clever. I fact her convos are dull and like like like all the others like.

@applesauce, I have just seen there is a 3rd series of Unreal yeehaa! That's more trashy indulgent viewing coming up. Going to have a look at the Bachelor too, haven't watched it until now.
