I think Charlie (fem) is clearly switched on. She didn’t just laugh and giggle when he said about the farmer voice at the end. She just pulled a face that called him a dickhead. He’s been going on about her accent repeatedly in the two conversations we’ve seen. How irritating and off putting. He’s flirting like a character in The Big Bang Theory doing a teenage flashback.

I agree notgiving that nose ring is awful. Tattoos are ok. Not my thing, but ok. But those face piercings spoil what could be a pretty face.

Also I think Ellie2 is genuinely not that sharp. And why Sam finds that attractive is beyond me. Watching him dumb himself down and pretend he didn’t know stuff (sure probably to make her feel less stupid) was irrating. He can tell her the answer without being condescending. I’m not a Sam fan.

Oh and we didn’t see Savanna with the short hair at all tonight. Maybe she and Omar had to leave as there was too much ethnic diversity for one episode. I jest... ish... not really...

First they can change the rules from last year, if they think it will be more entertaining. So could easily make it "couple with someone from the original Villa or a new Islander" rather than "with your original partner or a new islander".
They must have thought about what to do if everyone recoupled (use Casa Amour as a dormitory?).

Last year when Amber was being loyal but Kem was flirting they let Amber get a hint, so she recoupled as well as him. And from something I read they give even heavier hints off air because the Chaperones. Although whether they would warn Wes as much as Georgia, because it might be more fun to see him mugged off. (But he might be too arrogant to take hints.)
