Poor Emily looks shell shocked. But she spent so long thinking she was going to die from radiation poisoning and now suddenly she's back again as a breeding machine

Odette was a Doctor, an obstetrician. Moira said she was ‘rounded up before the war’ I guess that means she was killed perhaps she carried out abortions.

Odette was probably executed for being a female obstetrician. Women Doctors don't fit with the Gilead ideology.

They need to be careful with Eden around.

I googled and it says Odette was rounded up during the 'dyke purges', listed as an unwoman, and killed before the war even started properly.

Moira always suspected she had died but wasn't sure.
