I've thought for weeks Naomi is hurting Angela

She's always crying and Naomi always seems so blasé about her the tears.

My guess is he'll think the Rose is from Nick

Do you think he will put 2 and 2 together after seeing June has disappeared along with his wife and now has gifts in her room

Maybe June has more power to influence Serena now that she's helped her?

Will he open the music box, see the photo of Hannah? Will he start to realise what's going on under his nose? Does he even know they are at the hospital?

I think you're right Awoman Gilead wouldn't, but at local level things start to slide and be less draconian perhaps.

But how have we gone from the handmaids not being allowed to talk to each other to them practically having a group gossip in full view of guards... Gilead losing it menace? Or arw we supposed to feel like this in response to Serena and June tentatively bonding and its all going to go horribly wrong again soon

I can't imagine for one minute they would let Janine see the baby, that is beyond belief.

I think Fred has figured they’ve become (sort of) allies. He is not going to like that at all.

This is a dilemma for all of them now

Fred has been in June's room, which he isn't allowed to be in.

Serena has broken numerous laws which Fred knows about but if he turns her in it will reflect badly on him

June is going to be back on AUnt Lydia's shit list when Janine next loses the plot

I have a feeling the commander will use Eden as an ally. She's desperate for love and attention, brainwashed, stupid and ready to take orders. Perfect candidate to be his willing accomplice.

Yes Fred gave June the photo

The female doctors emotional response when she put on her whites and then the stethoscope, really poignant. I'm hoping that encounter will ignite something more in Serena, that she can finally emphasise with another woman, as a woman who also once had a profession.

I wonder if it’s a suggestion that with fewer commanders, the rules are being relaxed, the women are being more daring.

I could just about see them letting Janine look at the baby, but not hold her after she tried to jump off the bridge with her.

Janine may well unravel now but I think she would have been worse without this.

The contrast between Jeanine holding the baby and Mrs. Putnam is massive. That must have impacted Serena

Fred is horrific, what's he up to?

I'm actually scared for both of them.

He isn't happy to know that after all the beating down, shushing and moulding of the women in gilead, they are still very resilient and strong. He knows damn well that both serena and June are above him on so many levels, just not in the gilead hierarchy.
