I love the way June changes whether she calls her Mrs. Waterford or Serena depending on context.

Interesting how Serena puts her boundaries back up, I don’t think it’s because she’s evil (although she is) but I think she can’t bear to see June as a real person because it’s too confronting. It’s easier to treat her as a walking womb.

Ah OK so she knows the baby is nicks. I seem to miss lots, I didn't notice Serena being pregnant at the university. Or what happened to the baby.

It's horrible.

@Ilikelotsofthinngs Serena was shot in thr lower abdomen, so presumably suffered irreversible damage and couldn't conceive.

Imagine trying to have sex with no foreplay and a sheet between you...

Fred seems to love Serena in the flashbacks, more so than he does in the present day.

And that was horrific too, shooting that woman in the woods. Blood on his hands in the most direct way.

It's not 100% consensual is it. Not really.

It's sex with duty not for pleasure. She might not want to have sex but she has absoutely no choice. It's been drilled into her that it's her duty

Everyone kept saying this was THE episode. I was hoping for escape plan would start to take place...

Maybe mutual rape, neither had a choice if they wanted to survive.
