The bil, Steve,( guy Garvey) was always a bit of a perv in previous episodes.

I felt sorry for Kayleigh having to live with those two - her one drawer in the fridge for her food and the smallest bedroom!

We loved it here. A good mix of funny, the gentle banter in the car, the little signs dotted around but commented on but just there, and the finally getting together in a gentle non OTT way.

Loved the Take That music video. Dd laughed so much with the car door. And we both agreed we'd have wanted to save the hedgehog too.

Although I agree that John is a grump I would find Kayleigh annoying myself ! Sweet girl but she never ‘gets’ anything!

It was nice he was jealous that Rick asked her out years ago though. That wedding will be so tacky.

Yes, I had visions of it being one of those frustrating episodes where the BIL didn't hand over the tape and it was just a lot of missed opportunities because of it. So glad he did though

I can't even remember why John wants to take it slow though? Part of me was thinking she should tell him to sod off - keeping her hanging on like that.

I am also sad that she never got to hear his radio dedication about not putting Kayleigh in the corner and playing the Marillion song for her
