I loved this episode. The storylines are rattling along and the performances are excellent. Poor Drake and Morwenna.

The series is definitely getting stronger. The first few episodes were really weak. Really enjoying it now.

Demelzas is as always a great bloody oaf!! She should have let him get married now he has nothing!!!

But he would never have been happy once he knew Morwenna was free of Ossie (although that doesn't happen for a while truthfully).

Demelza would have been great with Dwight. Maybe old Lady Whitworth could get it on with Uncle Warleggan? He seems single.

No way - Drake would never have been happy knowing that he could have waited for morwenna. It would have put a shadow over the marriage.

Dwight would never have come anywhere near demelza though. He was too principled to shag an employee.

NynaeveSedai, except he did shag his employee, Karen, in series 1, and she was married. He's probably learnt his lesson though.

Technically no, but she “volunteered” to go and work for Dwight as an excuse to spend time at his house.

Such a good episode! ! I was cheering when ossie met his demise, I just wish the horse had shat on him for good measure 😂 I was wetting myself at morwenna's sister and husband looking at the candlestick as well!!

Yes poor morwenna, I was pleased she told Elizabeth and George exactly what they had done though, they did not look guilty enough though!!

The ending of last night’s episode made me smile-finally! We needed some happiness. Although, thanks to the BBC’s annoying previews, we know it won’t last.

Just caught up, yes was nice to see a bit of happiness!

I can't remember what brings about Morwenna's change of heart towards Drake?
