Anyone else counting the hours 'til Friday? Saga banged up and stitched up for the murder of her evil mama; how will she cope? Come on Henrik, save our girl!

I think Astrid is going to be a replacement for Jennifer in Saga's life after the demise of poor Henrik.

Anyone dreading the thought that Astrid will be killed just when Henrik has finally found her?

If I were Henrik, knowing that someone is wanting to punish them, I'd get Saga and Astrid on a plane and not come back until it was resolved.

Wow that was tense. That bouquet of flowers really freaked me out, was relieved it wasn't the new bloke's head. And then Kevin showing up at Henrik's door, I still don't know what to make of him but at the moment I do not trust anyone.

The leak, Jonas or the IT woman?

I only hope that we don’t just find out who donnit, but also why. I’m so confused, I haven’t a clue who it is. DH always says it’s the most unlikely person. Until this week, that was the assistant. Other unlikely people are the prosecutor, Lillian, Harriet and Tobias, the garage owner.
Bravo to the youngsters, Christoffer and the girls for running at the first opportunity.
I wonder if we’ll ever find out what the creepy village is all about.

Gosh, that was tense! I was so on edge that I even noticed the florist outside the shop after Lillian's date & freaked out that it might be a significant detail... Then the flowers turned up! Do we know anything about the new guy who's pursuing her? Maybe he's the leak & the murderer - related to one of the other victims of the Tommy incident?

YY to Henrik being so open about Astrid being there. I was desperate for him not to say anything to Kevin! Then as they said goodbye I think Kevin said something like "I'll be back again"... Ominous much?!

On the subject of goodbyes... Lillian said goodbye to Saga as she left. Usually when she's abrupt like that her friends/colleagues roll their eyes & smile indulgently, they don't pointedly say goodbye as if they're never going to see her again!

It's firing squad left, although no-one seems to have considered that it could be argued that the Tommy incident people died sort of by firing squad. I'm picturing a scene where somehow the murderer sets it up that Saga gets shot by the police in a raid scenario.

Have they mentioned the assistant's name? Any chance she could be the mysterious Steph?

Why the execution styles? Is it because the murderer is implying that their inaction makes the deaths effectively state-sanctioned murder?

I feel like my brain is short-circuiting trying to figure all this out. A few years ago I'd have happily abandoned real life & binge watched every episode of every series looking for clues & sticking notes up everywhere like some obsessed stalker... DH would whinge at me until I went to bed these days though. Ha! He's literally just walked in as I was typing that & asked why I'm still up! Maybe if I go to sleep now while I'm still obsessing my brain will figure it out & I'll dream the answer...

What an episode. Just amazing, so tense and emotional and.... literally no idea who the mole or murderer now is.

Lillian’s date was so calm about it:

“Someone might kill you for being my friend”

“Ok no worries see you later”

I knew as soon as the basket was delivered that there would be a head in it, just not expecting it to be Hans'. That was grim :-(

I'm sure the assistant's name must have been mentioned in the first episode (which now isn't available on iPlayer). Presumably not Stephanie though, otherwise Saga would have 'clocked' her already?

Why would Kevin know where Henrik lives? That's a bit strange, isn't it?

Very poignant, the scenes with Astrid and Henrik. Really hope she doesn't end up being murdered.

I'm thinking Saga will sacrifice herself to save Astrid. Jonas asked her something like 'would you do the right thing if it risked your life' and she said she would.

Amazing episode. I will not be able to handle it if Hendrik or Saga meet a sticky end.

I'm SO scared to watch next week. I also think that Saga will do something which leaves Henrik with his daughter but without his 'best friend' (sob).....

What an amazing episode (and series). Don't want it to end, but want to get to the end, to get all of the answers to the myriad of questions!

Henrik describing Saga as his best friend may serve to re-establish their relationship and to place her as the safe person in Astrid's mind. For when, you know, the unthinkable happens to him next week...

Someone on the Guardian page thinks that Henrik may have to do a Sophie's Choice between Astrid and Saga! How on earth are we supposed to cope with that?

I can't bear the thought of that....I'm dreading next week. Poor Henrik....

Tixus - was he the bearded guy in van, was he also the guy in the gay bar, and also the brother of the guy who Tommy shot in the original raid? But he didn't dig up Hans, someone made it look as if he did?

Nobody has yet indentified her as Tommy's lover, though. She might be a red herring.

I think both Henrik and Saga will have to act illegally and in their own interests to get rid of the perp. So they will have to leave the police. There. That is my final theory. Elementary my dear Lillian....

DH's theory: what if the phone calls Jonas has been making to the unidentified female aren't press leaks but messages to Susanne, Niels's PA? (DIfficult to know what her motive is - unless she was Tommy's girlfriend, not 'Stephanie' - I have a feeling when she was mentioned originally there was uncertainty over the name.)

That's a good theory too @girlonthelanding. Though I think Jonas is jealous but not actually a bent copper. I am going to stick to my useless theory even though I suspect what follows will be death and mayhem. Over invested is a good thing !

anonymice that's a great theory. And we saw Saga following her 'gut instinct' (but against police procedure) yesterday, taking Hans' head to reunite with his body in the cemetery. So there could be more of this type of behaviour from her in the last episode.
