I love this programme. There is not one single weak character. Loved the fox and the piano tuner. Mr Morris was superb. The only storyline I didn't much like was the one with the American wife.

I want to see more of Watson, Jim's brother's cat.

Love Wilson "not a very ...fetching... mammal" DS1 and DH do brilliant impression of Jim.

I love it too. One of the very few contemporary sitcoms that has actually made me laugh out loud.
(The only other one I can think of is Episodes)

And I love love LOVE Tom Rosenthal. I would do bad bad things to him.

And obviously the common denominator between Episodes and Friday Night Dinner is Tamsin Greig. Love her so much.

I think she's so under rated, loved her Black books too.

I re-watched every episode on All4 last year - it's pure class. I adored Mr Morris's parking and reference to punk rockers and his comfies. Grandma in her bikini was also fab.

Buggie episode, Jonny: where is that piece of shit? Jim: you’ve lost a piece of shit?

Green Wing was fab too - Tamsin Grieg being the common denominator again. Must watch that once more . . . roll on retirement!!

I have binged watched all 4 seasons in a week!

I only heard about it on MN about a week or so ago, watched one episode, became totally addicted.

Also love Greenwing and Episodes (which is another comedy I hadn't bothered watching cos Matt LeBlanc put me off! How wrong I was!)

Literally soooo excited for the next season.

Tamsin Grieg is just bloody brilliant. I proper have a fangirl thing going on.

Me and DP have already adopted "shit on it.....SHIT ON IT!" as a go to line.

The funeral speech one is my favourite with the cleaner dying one a close second. I cry with laughter.
Also love the one with the talking spinner game- Martin's so funny! Hello bosoms!!
