IsabelleSE19 · 10/04/2018 00:28

I love this too- the dad is so funny!

mangomama91 · 10/04/2018 00:37

We LOVE Friday night dinner!
It's one of those that I will laugh at the jokes no matter how many times we watch it like It's the first time I've seen it!

Can't wait for the new series this year!! GrinGrinGrinGrinGrin

Flyingpompom · 10/04/2018 00:38

Oh I absolutely love it! Didn't know there was another series coming, can't wait!

Want2beme · 10/04/2018 00:38

Put it in the shitty basket.

Binged a couple of weeks ago!

Was so glad Granma didn't marry that horrible, angry Mr Morris.

Doraaaa · 10/04/2018 00:58

Aghhh can not wait for the new series. I was so upset when I realised I'd got to the end!

TM71 · 10/04/2018 05:28

Omg when he put the toenail clippings in the water. And that episode with the dead fox.

Flyingpompom · 10/04/2018 09:25

The Fox is my favourite too!

MissDollyMix · 10/04/2018 09:28

There's a new series coming? Best way to cheer up a miserable Tuesday morning! Grin
Love Friday Night Dinner. Properly makes me howl with laughter. Reminds me a lot of my North London upbringing.

shakeyourcaboose · 10/04/2018 09:29

Love this! Horrible grandma and Adam's girlfriend episode!!

viques · 10/04/2018 10:25

BertrandRussell snap. Tracey Ann (Aunty Val) is the daughter of my late solicitor. Not that I have ever met her, but hey six degrees of separation works for me.

viques · 10/04/2018 10:26

Tracey Ann Oberman, we aren't on first name terms......

BertrandRussell · 10/04/2018 10:57

We're not just on first name terms-we're on real first name terms! Grin

RatOnnaStick · 10/04/2018 11:01

I love this show! This could be my own family growing up (minus the Jewish stuff). Pissface and Pusface are my brothers exactly.

Not trying to bribe you into being my bff, but you know, if you happen to be having a dinner party soon, or a brunch ...........

CakeNinja · 11/04/2018 00:01

Oh be spacially aware! My favourite Martin moment of many.
Loved the first series although it did get more and more ridiculous and I confess to losing interest even though I did watch them all.

FluffAndFluster · 11/04/2018 10:04

I agree. First series was definitely the best. But I did enjoy watching them all again with ds this time.

RedPandaMama · 11/04/2018 10:05

Oh my god yes I love this show. Its so underrated and when I tell people to watch it they ask 'whats it about?' and when I reply 'well it's a Jewish family that have dinner together every Friday and the dad eats out of the bin and is a bit weird and the mum is Tamsin Grieg' they're just a bit Hmm

ITS SO GOOD

CheeseChipsGravy · 20/04/2018 19:34

ITS COMING BACK!!!! GrinGrin
May 4th!

Shit on it!!!!!

mangomama91 · 20/04/2018 20:10

Yes! I saw this on Facebook earlier that it was coming back 4th may and I was going to come on this thread to tell everyone but forgot! I knew there was something I was meant to do earlier! Haha!

So so exciting! Two weeks!!!

TiffanyDoggett · 20/04/2018 20:21

Martins bosoms Grin
Can't wait for the new series.
It's rare that the very first (pilot?) episode was for me the funniest ever one.

RedPandaMama · 20/04/2018 20:36

ONLY TWO WEEKS?! YESSSS

RedPandaMama · 20/04/2018 20:40

I've just re-enacted S1E2 where Martin is looking at his penis through a magnifying glass the entire episode and then at the end Jackie finally asks what he's doing and he says 'a bee bit me' and it turns out he 'got stung by a bee while having a wee'

mamaduckbone · 20/04/2018 20:44

Shalommmm Jackieeee...
LOVE Friday night dinner. Might have to rewatch tonight now.

BikeRunSki · 20/04/2018 21:01

My brothers are in their 50s. This still happens.

GrimDamnFanjo · 21/04/2018 10:16
