The Handmaid’s Tale Season 2

I’ve just heard that this will start in the US at the end of this month but Channel 4 haven’t said when they’ll start showing it yet.

I'm on Twitter and plenty of Americans are saying it is really gruesome and thought provoking

It's just been advertised on Channel 4 as 'coming soon' - reckon it'll be when Homeland finishes.

If that is the case then it will start two weeks today. I think Homeland has 12 episodes and episode 11 is on tonight.

Seen the adverts today on E4!

I am in Ireland so saw the first 2 episodes they were shown back to back last week but I watched one a night two together was too much. As others have said it has taken a darker tone to series 1 (if that was at all possible) and getting a view of the colonies adds a whole new layer of misogyny. Really hard to tell at this stage where things are going to go but it is definitely going to be a more edge of your seat type series I think.

Wonder if another thread should be started for those that are able to see it before C4 release date? Just worried spoilers will leak out unintentionally

I just watched the first two episodes of the new Season and it is good really sad too.

Just watched episode 3 - a slower burn than episodes 1 and 2. But won’t say anything more until terrestrial tv has caught up

We definitely need a new thread when it starts on Channel 4. There's another thread in Chat and I'm going to be spending the next few weeks trying to avoid spoilers. Even the 'not a spoiler spoilers' can lessen the impact and I don't want that.
