Tiffany is this years ETG (emergency teenage girl) reappears after an offscreen childhood to befriend probably Bernie. Last ETG was Louise Mitchell. Children in soaps are usually babies with questionable paternity, then toddlers in mortal danger, before being packed off to the kiddie cupboard or Milton Keynes/Portugal until they are teenagers and old enough to rebel in the usual ways, tats when they reappear.
