WB charged them the money for repairs, the repairs weren’t done, the carters asked for the money back but were told that it would be kept to cover admin costs, which they just accepted. As Fi was trying to make amends for all of WBs dastardly deeds you would think she would either give that money back or knock it off the money they owe to buy back the (ridiculously cheap) freehold
