Ben can’t have left for good? How much are we supposed to think was in the envelope? It would have had to have been a lot for him to disappear indefinitely! He’s just abandoned the garage, I’m guessing, when he could have sold the business.

It will be such a shame if Ben has gone for good. Jay didn’t open the letter he wrote so we don’t know what he said. But they are like brothers and now Jay has no one. He’s not even had a girl fried since Abi . not counting the one who lied about her age and he ended up on the sex register, though I’m guessing that would put you off for life of you ever had kids :(

What’s going happen to the garage? Does no one have to pay redundancy in soaps? Sad thing is Sharon or Phil probable not notice for ages.

Not sure who the new lodger would be, Whit n tiff?

They always just go off in soaps dont they? if that were me i would have at least 2 suitcases and have to have stuff ' sent on' or put into storage, but on soaps they can pack up and go in about half an hour to just about anywhere! agree that the cab fare to Dover would be loads of money - plus those drinks on the ferry and the cost of his fare to France - that would all come to about 300 pounds ?? ( guess) 10k isnt going to get him far really. Still, at least he can always come back doing it this way.
Donna wouldnt put with any rubbish from Tiffany - she would tell her what she thought of her. She was always quite blunt with Abi when she found out she was sleeping with Steven etc.

What’s happened to the guy who was stalking Nuchelle? Is that another story line that’s fizzled into nothing? Come to that, where’s Nuchelle? She must have a fuck-off long annual leave allowance - she’d been in retail only 3 minutes and seems to have been off for about 3 months.
