It's the latest six-part Kay Mellor drama. It's about three women, Linda, Sue and Gail, as they - according to the official blurb - struggle with the changes and responsibilities that come with being a modern woman of a certain age. Phyllis Logan, Miranda Richardson and Zoë Wanamaker lead the cast.

It was like watching a very bad comedy last night with the acting. I hope they' don't make a second series. It was easy watching but not one of Kay Mellor's best!

It reminded me of a Carry On film - farcical. Kay Mellor's lost her touch.

What an utter pile of shite. That last episode was horrible, the guy was an arsehole but killing him and stuffing the body in a suitcase was not funny. I used to love Kay Mellors' stuff but that was awful.

Completely agree with the posters saying they used to love a Kay Mellor drama. I would have thought she'd have enough commercial clout to resist calls to reduce her writing to shock value delayed consequences, in order to enable potential new series material.

Just watched this on ITV website while isolating. What a load of SHITE. How do things like this even get made? Plotholes everywhere, and just a total cringefest. Only good thing was being able to look at grown-up Neville, although I feel weird about fancying him.
