JWB has liver cancer but had a Heart attack in his office. Fi had gone in and taken incriminating papers out of his safe then called the Police. They were hammering at the door while he was trying to shred stuff. Then he collapsed. Prior to that Fi had told JWB she believed Kathy so he threw her out so Fi went back as revenge for the papers.
