I hope Martin finds about Stacy sleeping with Max, I think his too good for her.

Lauren and Abi were leaving the soap, so I assume they are officially dead.

I think the roof scene (between Lauren, Max and Abby) was to mirror the time when Bradley and Max were on the roof and Bradley fell to his death.

Feel very bad for Max. This will haunt him for the rest of his life.

At one point I thought Max was going to throw himself off the roof so he could die with his daughters and they could be together "on the other side" so when he hopped back over the wall and ran back through the pub I thought to myself that he was an utter, utter bastard!!

That was a dreadful Episode. Hopefully they have learnt some of the mistakes in killing off Ronnie and roxy and that both or at least one of them are alive.

I hate that Stacey was so weak. I liked her and Martin together.

Just an all round shite episode.

That was brilliant. We all enjoyed it, shouting at the TV, trying to guess what was going to happen next. Good old classic miserable Eastenders Christmas episode

Well kept secret of Tanya's return - was hinted at a return and we all assumed Jayne. We're usually quite good but none of us thought about Jayne contacting Tanya!

Stacey just wants to feel loved I think. She had a tough upbringing.

Mick is just a twat. I like the way it's going with Aiden though - he's a dodgy character.

The whole Aidan/Gun storyline was just ridiculous. What is even the point of it now?

I imagine both Abbie and Lauren will die but at the same time I don't know if making such a horrific and tragic ending to those character's lives is a line that Eastenders wants to cross...

What a shite episode i just wanted to shake stacey I read the actresses were leaving but i didnt think they would fall to their death was great to see Tanya though

I think one will survive but leave the square & the other will be dead. The surviving one will come back for revenge in a few years time

True....but their deaths were preceded by having fun with each other in the pool, being with the person they are closest to in the world and then their end was all majestical and swirly and to the chimes of clocks and narrative of Cinderella.....

.....definitely not as horrific and tragic as fallIing off a roof during a thunderstorm and ending up dead in the middle of the street as a result of trying to save their unstable, killing machine father. Throw in the fact one of them was 6 months pregnant when she fell to her death and it all just comes a little bit too close to the edge of what is a step too far. (no pun intended).

Max must go to prison for killing Steven & trying to kill Jayne?

Oh my............great episode. Very sad if the two girls die though. Sisters in EE have a great dynamic generally, and now only Tina and Shirley are left.

You know at the end when it asks if you were affected by what you saw with a phone number-I was.

Think it's just desperate rehashing last years New Year's Eve episode and throwing in one of them being pregnant in for extra Xmas shock value. Very poor writing. I'm actually quite pissed off actually.

I wonder about Martin. But then I say logically, they were standing on the other side of the door. How could he not know? He’s not the brightest but even so...

If it hadn’t been for the sisters death earlier this year I’d have said it was great. But it just feels like ‘well, the audience bought it once, so why not again?’ Like we’re not very bright. Shame.

RJ - I'm sure Abbie previously said the was due in February? I could be making that up though!!

I imagine Abbie will definitely die, as aside from her own injuries (especially head) I imagine the impact will have ruptured her uterus or something and she'll just bleed internally....

I hope they don't kill Lauren off - I can't bear to think of young toddlers losing a parent

The JWB storyline has completely disappeared hasn't it? Months and months and months of build up and now it's never mentioned....

This episode was far too depressing though. Years ago a big affair reveal was enough.
