I’m glad the plot is actually moving along with Lauren finding out things, even if the means of her discovering it is ludicrous. We might have a Christmas showdown at this rate.

I also that thought about Ben and JWB but realised it couldn't be true.

That said, this is eastenders...!

What will Lauren do with this information? she isnt aware of her dad's involvement, so if she goes to him, he will fob her off.
Ben might be a better bet - although he will just confront Luke with it again.
The Mitchells and Carters are all being affected by this - they might decide to team up to help the Beales!

If she tells Ian, he might realise the scale of it. Does he know who he sold the chip shop to, or was it a shell company? Jay should be OK because, if the sale doesn't go through, he's still got the car lot and the money Luke? gave him in the envelope. And he'll get more if they've exchanged contracts and have to pull out.

We still don't know who Phil rang in the mystery phone call.

Why did Lauren search for Kathy Beale on Josh's computer? Did Ben tell her that Josh's (or Luke's) dad or raped her? I can't remember.

True. She searched for Dagmar because that was written on the card and got involved because she cared about Jane. I can’t remember how Jane was brought into it either!

The whole thing is silly anyway.

Max blackmailed Jane over something - he showed her a picture of Bobby on his phone and said he would hurt him if she didn;t go away.
I can't recall why Jane didn't go to the police or tell someone, but she has gone now and nobody has mentioned her much since.

Wow Lauren the super sleuth!
Hacking into files, retrieving the code for the secret room and uncovering the scale model of Albert Square partially hidden under a table cloth and helpfully labelled "Dagmar".
She even remembered not to leave her Lauren Mug as evidence of her sleuthing! She really needs to start wearing a cape with large sequins on it like L.

I think she'll take the results of all this undercover detective work to Josh who clearly hates his brother anyway and they'll bring the baddies down.
JWB and Luke will rumble Lauren and dangle her out of the high rise window. Josh will sense she's in danger and save her from peril (by grabbing her legs) and she'll realise he's the man for her. Especially as he also likes toddlers now.

I think the pic of Bobby was to get Jane to leave Ian and disappear. Max wanted Ian to stay in the square, for some reason. They were both going to move away.
But she has told someone. There's that voicemail on Stacey's phone which Karen's boys were playing with. Surprised Karen didn't try to sell it. Does she know about it?
No one in the square knows that Fi is related to Luke, Josh and WB yet, do they? Except Max, of course.

The decs are really bugging me, last few years Walford council had no money for decs so plucky traders cough up. This year all up! No grand opening and fluttering off snow. Or L dragging down box of decs saying this must be the best ever...I’m half expecting they got scene missed up and do that all later.

He was Phil’s ex cell mate Akire. Just called in. But then Phil saw him talking to Vincent so don’t know what that’s avout.

THANks- seems lazy to go down the black/criminal background again. Though half square been in the Nik but you know what I mean. Why can’t they be successful and just funny?

I'm at a loss as to who does any work. WB can seemingly hang around outside a tube station all day (and park without disturbing other traffic)! Max disappears for weeks on end. Lauren forgets 75% of the time that she even has a job. Josh apparently doesn't do anything according to Luke. Fee spends her days annoying people in the Vic. Luke's' office has suddenly 'appeared' ''and the 'Uncle's ' main job is to look sinister.

Seems so many people time and effort to buy a chippy and car lot and possible the pub. Surely laundrette was sold and not developed and mini mart and other shops more likely to sell for right price. The posh market stall seems to be doing well so someone is buying the stuff... in office hours Monday to Friday when most people are working.

Apart from WB not many new story lines going. Jack happy enough, Stacey Martin plodding on, Sonia Robbie getting on with stuff. Ben jay back to normal ditto honey and billy. Teenagers not getting up to anything to bad. No more stalker for Michelle. L n mock happy at pub. Spams doing hockey cokey around the living room. Camel and Denise jobs all fine. Karen paid off her fines, Ian list two business and wife but cheerfully enough. Normally this point before Xmas you expect drama be building up stories.
