That Karen has no money at all is a bizarre story. If they'd tied it in with her being moved to Universal Credit it would have been an excellent story, but no, just the usual load of rubbish.

Wouldn't Karen get benefits for all those children, housing/rent allowance etc? Her one expenditure is cigarettes but she hardly smokes every penny she gets. And the twins see their Dad so presumably she gets maintenance from him.

Woody hasn't done anything Mick/Billy/Phil/Lee/Jack haven't done and EE men always have to physically fight for their women. I don't think/hope it will lead to controlling behaviour because EE have done that so many bloody times. And Linda has supposedly known Woody for years so they know his personality and so far he has been shown as empathic and kind.

What is going on with Vincent? I hope they don't take all the fun out of them as a couple especially as we already know that Kim doing PSA;s is cringeworthy.

All the writers need to do is google the government benefits pages ( or ask around) do some research first, then make it believable. Karen would be receiving something for the boys as their carer, plus maintenance from their dad. Not to mention child benefits ( not sure myself how it all works, but it could be done better than this)
I am not at all sure why Vincent is being this way to be honest - unless the Albert and his other business ventures are going down the tubes and its going to be a lack of money one - kim on her uppers instead of Dee. The spams were sweet - both really good actors a bit wasted in a soap.

For a small while I thought Luke was genuine about Ben. So now they will hurt/stitch Ben up for their own kicks. Out of all the Weyland characters, Luke is the only one that is interesting. The rest of them are like caricatures of villains.
