It's soooooo obvious that Simon is not Tom's dad.

Because there are just so many references to father/son stuff between them it's like the script writers doth protest too much. Not explaining that v well but it's definitely what I pick up on. Someone said on here last week that maybe in the box for Kate is a test that shows Simon can only father girls or something.

Ok, so next week's episode guide says that now Kate has trust issues with Simon. I wonder if she was standing behind the door when Dr Foster said "He heard us last night."

What was in Kate's wedding present?

It is no biggie what Simon told Tom. He probably found out that his mother pretended to have killed him in the last series. That would make most people a bit unstable.

I thought that Carly the patient got back with the violent ex, who'd stopped drinking and withdrew the charges against Gemma - they ended up feeling sorry for her and closing the door on her.

I wonder if, for some fucked up reason, Simon told him that his mum likes it rough, hence why he didn't stop with Isobel, and meaning she will always blame herself/worry about him being a sexual predator.

It could just end there but as it isn't the someone is out for revenge.

I'm guessing Tom and Gemma are off to the coast where Jack and Mary live.
Now Simon has rejected Tom in favour of Kate and Amalie I'm not sure where this is going.
Will Kate suspect he's been unfaithful? Will Anna tell her or will Tom or maybe Isabel.

Setting aside the ludicrous plot...

How come Gemma is always well put together, her house in perfect order, her fridge well-stocked. She's a bridesmaid one minute then moving out of her home the next. She has mad sex at the drop of a hat, drinks like a fish, is a senior GP...All without any hint of anyone giving her a helping hand with any of it and always with her make up done to perfection.

Plus she's bonkers. So how does she do it?
