Ah, well in Series One they were all dodgy in some way, they existed to massage the crime stats.

If Tim was offed due to having found discrepancies, who knew he had done? Roz didn't know, she only knew he kept trying to raise things with her. AC12 knew....is there a leak in AC12? Maneet?

Maybe, once someone knew Tim was speaking to AC12 they somehow got Roz to kill him, for some other reason, but she then realised it was because he went to AC12 and that she had been set up?

I can't see if he's been mentioned already but Roz's beardy sergeant gave a few odd looks in episode 3. We couldn't decide if he's dodgy or knows what she's up to.

The bearded policeman is definitely not Hana's balman though, as he was in the police station when they got the call to go to Farmer's house.

I agree about the knowing looks though - maybe he is undercover!

bugger I am definitely going to see all the series at some stage including a rerun of this one and will be glued, literally glued, to the edge of my seat knowing what I know now. I'm actually thinking that to start at Series 1, knowing what I know now about all the complexities, will enhance the experience.

Something is way off about Ifield. He appeared to be a dedicated forensic officer who probably wanted to be a detective, but he turned very easily into something much more sinister when he thought Roz was dead. Surely it takes a special kind of mindset to even consider going to get an electric saw to dispose of body, when he could've just phoned in and used a self defence explanation, citing his burnt hand?
He had also gone rogue by having private samples and evidence at home.

I might not comment during the programme tonight, as I now know it's a programme I can't half watch while playing on the internet at the same time. You really need to concentrate and watch properly and even then you miss loads.
