My guess is murderer is Jimmy lakewell. Roz isn't the inspector as she was on maternity leave, I think. It has to be someone else. I could be spectacularly wrong as I never get these things right!

Re: MRSA - pretty sure it'll have been a secondary infection following Ros failing to seek timely medical attention. Frustrating thing is that the wound had broken down so much that Dr's mightn't be able to see that it was originally 3 scratches from TI's fingers, although they may be able to have an accurate guess at how old it was (?someone would realise it ties in with TI's murder).
