Snape - yes, she was wonderful in Twelfth Night and definitely great DW potential.

I've watched every single episode right from the start and I thought it was really good. Much better than the previous series. And yes PC hasn't been given decent scripts in the past, far too much focus on bloody Clara. Really glad she's gone off with Ashilda to be annoying somewhere else.

Yay it's Saturday again!!! Can't wait for tonight's episode! Looks like Matt Lucas isn't in this one. Chance to see how PC and pearl get on together

Bit too much like too many others. And people don't actually forget they're supposed to be looking after a little boy. Script weakness.

Not looking forward to next week either. Never like the historical ones.

Loved it...really enjoyed these first two and I think Pearl Mackie is going to be a great companion.

I liked that one, the Doctor had some great lines and it moved at a nice pace.

Not terrible but not brilliant. Not a lot happened really. Still love pearl. Ralf little had a bit of a pointless cameo as well. Higher hopes for next week. I do think Victorian London has been done to death a bit tho. We'll see tho it all depends on the writing. Another reason why tonight's wasn't great because it was written by the same guy who wrote The forest in the night which was utter crap! The start of the series has peaked my excitement again tho

I liked the line about Scotland demanding independence from every planet they land on.

Lass That was really funny, the Scottish Independence line.
I enjoyed it. Though missed first 10 minutes so am going to have to watch on catch up to find out why/how they were on that colony ship.
It was like 'Blink' without the scariness. Smile to stay alive instead of Blink to stop the Angels getting you. But neverthless I liked how the emoji robots had come to destroy those who they perceived as unhappy and that the ship itself consisted of the nanobots that the earthlings had orginally got to work for them.

To me, if it's understandable that's a big plus for me and no one is their own mother/grandmother/child etc.

I'm not the biggest fan of future set episodes but I liked it. Next week looks good.

Was ok. Can't see it being a rememberble episode but it was enjoyable.
Really hope we see more of nardole. He just doesn't seem to have a purpose at all at the moment.

Dusting of people was a bit buffy.
I'm liking the new assistant. Hope the next doctor gels properly.

I think the earl episodes will be Nardole lite as ML hasn't confirmed he'd be returning for the full series when they started writing.

Episode was ok. I thought the fly things were the Vashta Nerada to start with the way they devoured those people I never reckon much to the second episode of any series of Dr Who, tbh, don't know why. Still liking Bill too.

I liked it, quite simple and easy viewing. It had a nice undercurrent of tension. Really like Bill. The robot things bit too much like the Handbots in the Girl Who Waited though, not especially original. Any monster better than that godawful monster made from 'sleep crust' though (ffs)

Only thing that bugged me was it seems there are so many 'last earth colonies' though - utopia, the one Rose went to with Christopher Ecclestone (new earth?), probably more I've forgotten.

Not on TV, though, those are all book/audio adventures, or just mentioned in a TV episode. Maybe they thought it was time they actually showed one on TV.

It'll be the Doctor himself in the vault. Surely? Remember Eleven and the Pandorica? So probably a different iteration of Doctor. Timey wimey. I love timey wimey stories.

To be fair it's not Victorian London it's Regancy London which is pre Victoria. The time of George IV and Jane Austen although I do feel if you're going to do Regancy then go for Brighton or Bath.

We enjoyed it, but it wasn't as good as last weeks. Also liking Pearl, I think she is a good foil for the Dcotor.

I like the look of next weeks, I don't mind the historical ones and I thought PC looked quite sexy in his frock coat.
