Look everyone, could I just point out that it's Leek as in Lee-k, - not Leak. Leek is long, pale, straight-up-and-down vegetable, green round the edges and often found in stews. Will sweat and go watery when things get heated.
Leak is what's happening to the Vic roof. More drips.

Oh Leek. Trying to work it out I thought he was 'Leak' because he's always snivelling and sobbing about something he's done.

When he gets into snivelling mode he reminds me of an old Harry Enfield character who had a really high pitched voice. He couldn't understand mundane stuff. I forget the characters name.

I'm a bit re the enviro inspection officer seeing the rat and just giving them 24 hour warning or whatever but don't serve food, it was "a rat in mi kitchen wat am I gonna do?!" They lost their chance for Mockney to do a UB40 song.

I wondered the same about Leek and the car, well he obviously has the dough to pay for the upkeep of a car and drive it dahn to Dover.

Did anyone else think it was a bit strange that Ben and Jay were immediately in the ruined, squalor of the student house with letting agent there and suddenly "ta da" their rental problems are solved?! That could make a good storyline, wonder if Ben will cop off with a woman again now Jay will be bringing them home.

Yes, no that I've ever seen one but that rat was not an urban London rat!

To be fair, the foxes in my garden are in tip top condition but were suburban and near to woods/countryside not the centre of London.

Soup depending on where they live it could be a country rat ie suburban that lives in gardens, according to the pest control man who came round to my house a few years ago they're more like squirrels and less like sewer rats - I'm in SE London on outskirts. The black sewer type are I think bigger and the ones I've seen round Brick Lane in the past were certainly huge, black and the size of my current cat!

Totally depends where you are re the foxes too, I'm in a leafy part of SE London and there are often foxes in tip top condition but when they get mange poor things they can look very not tip top.

The one on the square looked more like a pet. Very good condition!

VIcky the Rat is a full on East London rat though, surely. I hope to God I don't meet one the size of my current cat - he's nearly 7 KG and way bigger than the chihuahuas next door.

From when I've seen rats in my garden they're usually like EE rat. The ones in Brick Lane etc are definitely more black rat and about the size of a small cat. well from what I've seen anyway!

I'm surprised we've not seen Mockney Mick & Whitney hugging yet. He's usually so creepily touchy-feely but he's just standing round glowering while she cries. I keep expecting him to say "come 'ere, baby" & hug her, only for her to pull away slightly, gaze up at him & maintain anguished eye contact while the duff-duffs sound.

I thought Leek was good in the scenes with Mick in the car and then with Witless. I felt sorry for him and it was clear he was struggling. Not quite sure why his family haven't suggested counselling unless I missed it.

Preston North End is awful and irritating. Quite like Konrad and definite spark with Shirley. (Not quite sure why I had to amend it from the autocorrect of Shitkey!). I like Shirley and she needs more airtime.
