I reckon going by recent episodes they spent all their cash on the crash scene - and they didn't save any money because no one was killed off!

OR the money they saved not employing Ronnie and Roxy was immediately spent on the bus crash.

I hope that the Polish man and his shop do become a feature in the soap. The Eastend is a very diverse area and this isnt really represented in the soap.
However, his shop did appear from nowhere , where is it meant to be ?

the only combined washer/ dryer i ever owned in the 90s was useless. washed the clothes, just didnt like the drying bit. A separate tumble dryer is the way to go.

I think she does like Preston but she thinks it is unfair to shack up with him as he will miss out on all the stuff his friends get to do. She is being practical too as she knows she can't afford to 'keep him' and he won't be able to afford to go to uni if he has to get a job to pay his way I quite like the storyline.

Yes I think diabetes too. The bun with Dot yesterday was for a reason. It is becoming a medical and public services type soap which I don't like. Must be because super nurse Sonia isn't around to personally diagnose and save them all!

youare I suggested that on the old thread that Sonia would be back after her maternity leave ends as the actress loves the publicity etc and will probably have another fitness DVD this time to do with shedding baby weight/toning up after having baby.
