Starting this one as I finished last one...

So, Daniela I think will win as it looks like it's been written/plotted that way since the beginning..

I don't think Daniela is either outstandingly good or bad - she's fine, she's okay.

That's why the mega enthusiasm of the judges is so weird.

The first time she appeared, Daniel and Kelly bigger her up so much, I thought - 'Does she know them?' - it was just like ridiculous.

But here she is in the final - quelle surprise!

Saw it coming from her first appearance and it had nothing to do with her design - and everything to do with what the judges were signalling in the voiceover.

'Hey viewers, Daniela is good, good good...'

Bit brainwashy without ever really explaining why she is better than the others.

I don't think she's bad - but there is not enough discernible difference to justify the bigging up that she gets.

Written in the stars eh?

Why not let parquet be parquet? Also... Wall art? Mirrored kitchen cupboard doors?

Do some of the pictures she is using still have their watermark where she has nicked them off iStock or something?

The kitchens in this round are generally dodgy.

Why do they all build a sodding cabinet to hide the tv? It'll just be open all the time.

Exactly Edith, makes me so mad. We all sit about with the TV on. Why pretend that we don't.

Mirrored kitchen cupboard doors? Wallpaper on a kitchen ceiling?

I'm surprised Daniella is only 30; she's good looking, but I would have put her nearer 40.

I'm a Sarfend (Southend) girl myself Swedish and her accent is very, very south Essex

I really like the existing green in Daniella's clients' bedroom.

So much height in those rooms!

Mirrored kitchen cupboards is a really stupid and impractical idea - you will be forever cleaning them, and even so they won't look clean. TBH, I didn't like any of Daniela's plans.

What a fantastic place this castle is, anyone know where it is?

I looked up previous series about a week ago because I couldn't believe it was going to be over so soon - they've really curtailed this series.

I had no idea there was a castle in Broadstairs! And what an amazing place- I have an enormous window and high ceiling envy.

Just found the thread-I was out for yesterday's episode.

I second the terribleness of mirrored cupboards in the kitchen.

Daniela really loves her vagina wallpaper. Why would you put wallpaper in a kitchen though? Just think of all that grease collecting on it.

Painting over the paper seems risky. Daniela reminds me of Victoria Beckham.

Maybe they didn't have enough decent designers this time around? Or people willing to have their rooms ruined?

Oliver and his partner look almost exactly the same.
