Denise has to be a prime candidate for delayed injuries. She whacked her head and head injuries can be delayed.

There were a couple of people filming on their phones, it's quite realistic and seems to be what people do now ( by the time I'd worked out how to film on my phone any emergency would be over and cleared away!)
Ah the Kat & Alfie special, what a treat that sounds! I can't stand Alfie, he started off as a really likeable character, by the time they left he had turned into a total arse. I wonder if he still has a brain tumour? Given the lack of evidence of him ever actually having a brain it seems unlikely

Oh yeah, Alfie's brain tumour. How could i forget him and Mick ( or was it phil? ) going in with him and he kept it from Kat too. They found some grey matter, (but it may have been dust.)

He was great at first, i agree, cheeky chappie who made the square larf again, until he became as miserable as the others within months.

When they showed Denise on the floor of the bus there was a pool of blood around her head, she must have hurt herself really badly and head injuries can cause real damage.

Exactly! They were even in shot when they finally got around to getting Denise out (lots of people seemed to have walked past her, seen her, and carried on past).

And whilst everyone cared for salt of the earth Martin, nobody checked the bus driver, slumped over his wheel.

I truely don't think a crowd would lift the whole bus, surely they would rock it to one side to slide someone out?

And knowing one person was trapped, nobody through to have a look and see if anyone else was under there?

Maybe someone else did go to the driver. Lauren and her boyfriend helped Denise off and then we didn't see them. Their were more passengers on the lower deck of the bus they probably helped them all off.
