do you know, oliveoil, it's not crap. it's been a really interesting show that has proved our celebrity culture to be as shallow and ethically bankrupt as many have suspected for years. it's also brought out some fascinating opinions on MN. so it's not crap, in fact it might even be important.

Just read that Shilpa is a black belt karate champ. I think any moves she makes on certain housemembers could be justified as self defence.

NBG they were going on and on that she had undercooked it, and insinuating that her cooking had "given them the shits", because she apparently uses her hands when cooking and they "don't know where they've been". Apparently this is why people are thin in India, because they're sick all the time.

They are without a doubt bullying, I don't think anyone can argue that fact.

However I am unsure as to whether it can be classed as racist or not.

Shilpa was wrong with the way she reacted to Jades whale pronunciation and to back that point up Jermain actually pulled her aside later in the programme and told her she had been over the top.

As for the way she went on about Dirks name, I saw that as more of a piss take out of herself than anything else, she was saying it and laughing because when she pronounced it (with her Indian accent) it sounded like duck. Nothing wrong with that.

I think that the 3 girls together are behaving like stupid bullying girls, they will look back on their behaviour and be ashamed. Danielle is making the biggest fool out of herself as she is being the most spiteful.

They were however right about the chicken cooking thing Shilpa chose to ignore them totally when they told her how long it needed, she did then apologise when she served the chicken.

I still don't like Shilpa (shes not my cup of tea too Divaish for me) but no matter how much I don't like her I still find the bullying disgusting.
